-Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for Expedia Group's B2B marketing efforts -Oversee and manage a team of social media specialists, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure their success -Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in B2B social media marketing, and incorporate them into the overall strategy -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business goals -Create and manage a content calendar for all social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging -Analyze and report on social media metrics and use data to drive decision-making and optimize strategy -Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers and industry partners to expand the brand's reach and engagement on social media -Stay informed on emerging social media platforms and technologies, and make recommendations for their integration into the strategy -Develop and manage a budget for social media activities, including advertising and sponsored content -Ensure all social media efforts are in compliance with company brand guidelines and legal regulations -Represent Expedia Group as a thought leader in B2B social media marketing at industry events and conferences.
