
CRM Communications Solutions Manager
We are looking for a creative and results-oriented CRM Communications Solutions Manager to join the Expedia Group team and lead our CRM initiatives. This role requires extensive experience in CRM communications and campaign management. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, a desire to stay up-to-date on the latest trends in CRM, and be highly organized and detail-oriented. They should have a clear understanding of the customer journey and be able to develop effective strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.To be successful in this role, the CRM Communications Solutions Manager must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing CRM role. An understanding of HTML, CSS, and email marketing platforms is also essential. Responsibilities:
- Manage the customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives and campaigns for the Expedia Group.
- Develop strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty.
- Analyze and monitor customer data to identify trends and opportunities to optimize customer experience.
- Design and execute end-to-end CRM communications solutions.
- Develop and implement personalized customer journeys.
- Create and maintain customer segmentation strategies.
- Develop email and other CRM campaigns to increase customer engagement and sales.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective CRM execution.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in CRM and email marketing.
