
Chargeback Analyst
You will assist the team in identifying fraud, as we provide a benefit to both the company and our customers. Work independently and with peers to help achieve the overall goals of the team and department. You will provide an in-depth analysis of chargebacks in order to help us evaluate the risk involved. You will complete quality assurance checks and audits on work completed by our vendors. We want someone to assist with special projects both inside and outside the queue when required. Collaborate in the identification and reporting of bugs or issues impacting our team. Research transactional and customer records to compose documentation to combat chargebacks. You may execute standard SQL database queries to retrieve data and produce standardized reports. On occasion, you may aid in the analysis of acquired data and reports to identify new chargeback trends. Continue to grow in skill and understanding of current airline processes.
1+ year customer service experience preferred
Travel industry experience a plus
SQL and GDS experience is an added benefit
Bachelor's degree preferred
