  2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring their continued satisfaction and driving incremental revenue.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop and execute strategies for partner growth and agility.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the online travel industry.
  5. Proactively seek out and monitor competitor activity to inform business development strategies.
  6. Utilize strong business acumen to negotiate and close deals with potential partners.
  7. Communicate effectively with partners, both internal and external, to build and maintain strong relationships and ensure alignment on business goals.

  11. Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
  12. Contribute to the overall success of the Partner Growth and Agility team by achieving individual and team goals and objectives.
  13. Maintain accurate records and reporting of partner activity and performance.
  14. Represent Expedia Group in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.
  15. Continuously strive for personal and professional growth, taking advantage of opportunities for learning and development within the company.
