Job Description

Collaborate with the digital leadership and engineering team to ensure they are fully engaged in strategic and project planning decisions and release roadmap. Lead the development team with an understanding of the roadmap and priorities to enable a smooth agile development process and minimize blockers. Supervise the teams development velocity and facilitate the resolution of risks and blockers. Lead trade-offs between cost, schedule and user benefit; and provide technical direction and guidance. Understand technical capabilities of our Drupal CMS and drive functionality enhancements with recommendations for expansion on the current capabilities. Work with your Egencia engineering counterpart to ensure our production environment is stable, secure and optimized to deliver the highest level of site performance.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience at a B2B company or digital agency

  • Experience collaborating on a cross-functional and cross-geography team
