Job Description

At Expedia Group, we are looking for an experienced Associate Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify, negotiate, and manage valuable partnerships and alliances. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking, self-motivated professional who is driven by results and has a proven track record of developing successful partnerships.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in business development or a related field. They should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they must be detail-oriented and have strong problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders.
  2. Negotiate and manage contractual agreements with partners and alliances.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue opportunities from existing and new partnerships.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  5. Create detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders regarding project progress.
  6. Monitor and evaluate performance of existing partnerships and alliances.
  7. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  8. Remain up-to-date with industry developments and trends.
  9. Develop and present proposals for new partnership and alliance initiatives.
  10. Provide guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
