Accounts Receivable Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Egencia Global Controllership team! Reporting to the Cash Allocations Supervisor, you will identify and manually post payments in multiple currencies using multiple payment systems as required for our AR partners. As the first point of contact for payment failures, Cash Allocations evaluates return reasons to determine if the return requires internal correction or if we need to contact our partner. In processing Direct Debit, you will provide pre-notification to clients and process receipts via Oracle and/or banking systems. As a part of the accounts receivable remit, support the setup of clients on Direct Debit.
