Job Description

Complete all requests from internal and external customers for the entry and maintenance of AR receipts, direct debit, and credit card failures. Update payment application to amend previously applied payments. Maintain AR records and supporting documentation and assist with month end reconciliations. Utilize SQL Queries, Power Queries, Oracle and other software to complete bulk processing and reporting. Communicate business results to internal partners in a clear, concise and professional manner. Maintain documented cash allocations processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Accounts Receivable and/or Cash Applications

  • Ability to make discernment calls based on limited information, with or without direct mentorship, but in accordance with all policies

  • 3+ years of related experience
