
Interventional Cardiology Physician
Exeter Hospital is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Interventional Cardiology Physician who is committed to providing high quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will have the necessary qualifications and patient-care experience in cardiology to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. The Interventional Cardiology Physician will be responsible for providing comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients with cardiovascular disease.The successful candidate will possess a Medical Doctor degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) and be board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Disease. The ideal candidate must be proficient in cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, and the management of complex coronary interventions. The candidate should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team. Additionally, the candidate should have a proven track record of delivering high quality patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services to patients with cardiovascular disease.
- Perform cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, and the management of complex coronary interventions.
- Develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure quality and safety standards are met and maintained.
- Monitor progress of patients and adjust care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on cardiovascular health maintenance and lifestyle modifications.
- Coordinate with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records.
- Remain up-to-date on advancements in cardiology and healthcare technology.
- Establish and foster positive relationships with patients and families.
