Food Service Worker

Exeter Hospital is looking for a Food Service Worker to join our team! In this role, you will help us provide nutritious meals to our patients, staff, and visitors. If you are a hard-working and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service, we would love to have you on board.To be successful in this position, you must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. You must have the ability to read, write, and understand English, as well as the ability to follow directions and exercise good judgement. Previous experience in a food service role is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, portion, and serve food items for patients, staff, and visitors
2. Follow food safety protocols to ensure food safety and sanitation
3. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas
4. Monitor food inventory and restock as needed
5. Ensure accuracy of orders and customer satisfaction
6. Assist in preparing food items according to recipes
7. Operate kitchen equipment such as blenders, mixers, and slicers
8. Follow directions of the kitchen manager and chefs
9. Adhere to all safety regulations in the kitchen
10. Perform other tasks as assigned
