Billing Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the accuracy of all billing information, including data entry, calculations, and accounts receivable.
2. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
3. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
4. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
5. Troubleshoot customer billing issues and recommend solutions.
6. Follow up on customer payments and update internal records accordingly.
7. Prepare and manage financial reports as needed.
8. Assist in the development and implementation of new billing systems and processes.
9. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
10. Adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
