Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement safety plans and programs throughout the organization.
2. Ensure all safety policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with applicable regulations.
3. Monitor and evaluate safety performance and make recommendations to improve safety protocols.
4. Train and mentor staff on safety regulations and procedures.
5. Investigate workplace accidents and incidents and recommend preventative measures.
6. Maintain safety records and prepare safety reports.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure safety goals are met.
8. Provide safety advice and guidance to staff.
9. Develop and implement safety training programs.
10. Lead safety committees and ensure safety protocols are being followed.
