Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and talented Nuclear Engineer to join our team at Exelon. As part of our Nuclear Operations team, you will be responsible for developing, evaluating, and improving safety processes and equipment related to nuclear power plants. In this role, you will be expected to provide expertise in safety analysis, radiation protection, nuclear safety systems, and other related topics.To be successful in this role, you will need an advanced degree in Nuclear Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in a nuclear power plant setting. You must also have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to work well in a team environment. You should be familiar with nuclear engineering principles and have a strong understanding of safety regulations and requirements.If you're detail-oriented, passionate about nuclear engineering, and eager to make a positive contribution to our team, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and evaluate safety processes and equipment related to nuclear power plants.
  2. Provide expertise in safety analysis, radiation protection, nuclear safety systems, and other related topics.
  3. Utilize advanced degree in Nuclear Engineering and 5+ years of experience in a nuclear power plant setting.
  4. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  5. Work effectively in a team environment.
  6. Apply knowledge of nuclear engineering principles and safety regulations and requirements.
  7. Make a positive contribution to the Nuclear Operations team.
