Exelon is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR support services, including employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, and training and development. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and have a customer-service focus.The Human Resources Generalist must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, as well as at least three years of prior experience in an HR role. A combination of education and experience may be considered. Responsibilities:
- Provide HR support services, including employee relations, onboarding, recruitment, and training and development.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and advice to managers and staff on HR related matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information.
- Manage performance improvement activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee development programs and activities.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interviewing.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with employee relations issues, such as leave of absence requests and grievances.
