This individual will be responsible for ensuring that human resources operations are effective, compliant, and efficient.The successful candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a thorough understanding of employment law and human resource best practices. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and have an excellent track record of developing effective relationships with multiple stakeholders. Experience in employee relations, recruiting, and payroll administration is essential.We are looking for someone who is committed to helping Exelon further its mission of providing reliable, sustainable energy services to a diverse range of customers. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement human resources strategies, policies, and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
  2. Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees.
  3. Manage employee relations matters, including resolving employee grievances.
  4. Administer payroll and benefits programs.
  5. Develop and assess training and development programs.
  6. Monitor performance and attendance records.
  7. Maintain employee records and compile reports.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners.
  9. Identify and resolve HR-related issues.
  10. Monitor changes in relevant legislation and advise management on necessary actions.
