Job Description

At Exelon, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is an important part of the HR team, ensuring that we provide the best service to our employees. We are looking for someone who is an organizational powerhouse, with a knack for problem-solving and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. This individual should also have excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills. Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR team in the delivery of high-quality Human Resources services to employees
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to employees
  • Serve as a resource for employee inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain records of employee data, including compensation, benefits, and performance
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Administer employee benefits programs (e.g. health insurance, retirement plans)
  • Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Develop and facilitate employee training and development programs
  • Create reports and analytics to measure HR performance
  • Stay up to date on the latest HR trends and best practices
