The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. This individual should also have excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills. Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team in the delivery of high-quality Human Resources services to employees
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to employees
- Serve as a resource for employee inquiries and complaints
- Maintain records of employee data, including compensation, benefits, and performance
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Administer employee benefits programs (e.g. health insurance, retirement plans)
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities
- Develop and facilitate employee training and development programs
- Create reports and analytics to measure HR performance
- Stay up to date on the latest HR trends and best practices
