Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilites:

• Provide a wide range of HR services and support across the organization
• Administer employee benefits, leaves of absences, and payroll
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees
• Manage and respond to employee inquiries and complaints
• Support the development of HR policies and procedures
• Assist with the development of job descriptions and performance evaluations
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Conduct investigations into employee complaints and issues
• Prepare reports and analyze data related to HR activities
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HR database
