Job Description

Exelon is looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in Human Resources, as well as a strong understanding of the principles and practices of the field. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR services to employees and management, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.The successful candidate must exhibit a high level of professionalism, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment. In addition, the ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, a PHR/SPHR certification, and experience with HR systems and processes. Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment: Source and recruit candidates for open positions, review resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions.
  2. Onboarding: Create and manage onboarding programs and processes for new hires, such as orientation, job training, and other onboarding activities.
  3. Training: Develop and implement training programs for employees, track and evaluate training effectiveness, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  4. Performance Management: Create and manage performance management systems, provide feedback, and coach employees.
  5. Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, such as disputes, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  6. HR Systems: Manage HR systems and processes, including payroll, benefits, and recordkeeping.
  7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR.
