Job Description

Exelon is looking for a motivated and reliable Field Service Technician to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and committed to providing high-quality service. This position requires a minimum of two years of experience in a field service role, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver’s license. The successful candidate will also possess excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work independently and with a team. A successful Field Service Technician will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to complete tasks in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-quality customer service to Exelon customers.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  3. Maintain a valid driver’s license and ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
  4. Complete tasks in an organized and timely manner.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  6. Follow safety standards and procedures to ensure the safety of customers and team members.
  7. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  8. Ensure equipment and tools are properly maintained and calibrated.
  9. Monitor and document service requests and customer feedback.
  10. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
