Responsibilities of an Environmental Specialist:
- Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures that comply with applicable regulations and standards.
- Monitor and analyze environmental data to identify potential environmental issues.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate existing and potential environmental issues.
- Prepare environmental reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and review environmental permit applications and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Provide technical advice and support to internal and external stakeholders on environmental issues.
- Monitor and audit environmental activities to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement environmental initiatives.
- Participate in environmental research projects and initiatives.
- Educate staff and customers on environmental issues and best practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science
Environmental Engineering
Or Related Field
