Job Description

Exelon is looking for an outstanding Environmental Engineer to join our team in a key role that will help us meet our environmental sustainability goals. The successful candidate will have a passion for environmental protection and a strong technical background in engineering and sustainability. The ideal candidate must have a degree in engineering or a related field, with significant experience in environmental compliance and engineering. This role will require strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to come up with innovative solutions to challenging environmental issues. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategies to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  2. Monitor and evaluate environmental performance and prepare reports as needed.
  3. Analyze and interpret data for environmental impact assessments.
  4. Develop and implement corrective actions for environmental issues.
  5. Implement environmental initiatives to ensure sustainability goals are met.
  6. Conduct research and develop new technologies that support environmental protection.
  7. Prepare technical documents and reports related to environmental compliance.
  8. Provide technical guidance and support for environmental projects.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure environmental objectives are met.
  10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of environmental regulations and trends.
