Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyze network threats and vulnerabilities.
2. Develop, maintain, and implement security policies, procedures, and controls.
3. Conduct security investigations as needed.
4. Perform risk assessments and vulnerability scans.
5. Research and recommend security solutions to mitigate risks.
6. Monitor and update security systems to ensure compliance with best practices.
7. Monitor network access and usage.
8. Develop and maintain security awareness programs.
9. Provide security incident response and remediation.
10. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of security trends and best practices.
11. Maintain certifications related to security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+).
