Exelon seeks an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to join our IT team and help ensure that our corporate systems and networks are secure. In this role, you will work directly with IT personnel and executives to develop, implement, and manage security protocols and procedures that protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company's data and systems. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT Security field, a degree in Computer Science or a related field, and experience with security technologies and tools. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, have strong problem-solving and communication skills, and be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the company’s data and systems.
- Monitor networks for security breaches and investigate incidents.

- Research and recommend security solutions to ensure the protection of company assets.
- Educate users on security measures and best practices.
- Stay up to date on the latest security technologies, trends, and threats.
- Work with IT personnel and executives to ensure that security protocols are implemented and maintained.
- Respond to security incidents in a timely manner and provide reports on the outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain security documentation.
