Job Description

At Nine West Group, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Our ideal candidate should be a highly organized individual, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate should have a friendly and approachable personality, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure our customers have an enjoyable and successful shopping experience.The Customer Service Representative should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or sales role. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and has a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented and have excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills. The ideal candidate should also have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and helpful manner.
  3. Troubleshoot customer issues and find appropriate solutions.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
  5. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take appropriate action to resolve any issues.
  6. Assist customers with product selection and purchase decisions.
  7. Process orders and payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  8. Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
  9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  10. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
