Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Exelon. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be a key member of the team, ensuring that our customers' needs are met and that they are provided with the best experience possible.To be successful in this role, you must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to interact effectively with customers. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent customer service skills. You must also be able to multitask and manage multiple projects at once. Additionally, you must have an understanding of customer service best practices, and be comfortable with technology and using multiple tools and systems to assist customers.If you have the necessary qualifications and are ready to join a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide excellent customer service and support to Exelon clients.
  2. Interact effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  3. Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
  4. Demonstrate organized, detail-oriented, and customer service-oriented work habits.
  5. Multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  6. Utilize customer service best practices.
  7. Comfortably utilize multiple tools and systems to assist customers.
  8. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  9. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  10. Identify potential customer issues and escalate as necessary.
