Everlane is looking for an organized, passionate, and creative Senior Manager of Retention Marketing to lead our retention and loyalty efforts. As our Senior Manager of Retention Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase customer loyalty and help us reach our business objectives.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle, a track record of success in driving customer retention, and experience leading a team.   2. Lead and manage a team of retention marketing professionals.

  4. Collaborate with different teams and departments to ensure successful execution of strategies.
  5. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive analysis.
  6. Analyze data and track performance metrics to optimize strategies.
  7. Plan and manage budget for retention marketing activities.
  8. Create innovative programs and campaigns to boost customer loyalty.
  9. Develop creative and effective content for customer retention campaigns.
  10. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements.
