Retail Ambassador

As a Retail Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all customers who come into our store. You will engage with customers, demonstrate product knowledge, and ensure a positive shopping experience.We are looking for someone who is passionate about retail, loves to work with people, and has a desire to make a difference. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of retail experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and an eagerness to learn. A knowledge of fashion and trends is a plus. 1. Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
2. Demonstrate product knowledge and discuss product features with customers
3. Assist customers with purchases and answer any questions they may have
4. Adhere to company policies and procedures
5. Maintain a clean and organized store
6. Assist in inventory management and restocking
7. Maintain thorough knowledge of fashion and trends
8. Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
9. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
10. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals
