Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with customers.

• Demonstrate an extensive knowledge of the Everlane brand, products, and philosophy.

• Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Remain up-to-date on the latest trends in the fashion industry.

• Work with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Represent the Everlane brand in a professional and positive manner.

• Perform sales and promotional activities in store and online.

• Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions they may have.

• Maintain the store’s merchandising standards and ensure displays are up-to-date.

• Support store operations and inventory management.

• Participate in store events and special promotions.
