Retail Ambassador

We are looking for a Retail Ambassador to join our team at Everlane. This individual will be the face of Everlane and be passionate about the Everlane mission and products. The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to engage customers, promote Everlane products, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities of a Retail Ambassador for Everlane:

1. Engage with customers to promote Everlane products and mission.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure an amazing customer experience.
3. Execute point-of-sale transactions and ensure inventory accuracy.
4. Utilize modern computer systems and software applications for tasks such as inventory tracking and customer records.
5. Maintain a neat and organized sales floor.
6. Assist customers with product selection and answer any questions.
7. Provide feedback to management on customer needs and preferences.
8. Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Proactively suggest additional products to customers.
10. Follow all safety and security protocols.
