You will be responsible for driving Everlane's ecommerce strategy, driving the success of our online business, and managing various ecommerce projects.You should have a passion for ecommerce, a customer-centric mindset, and an eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in a similar role, preferably in the fashion industry, and be able to think holistically about our ecommerce business.You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Above all, you should be passionate about making customer experience improvements and have a strong understanding of ecommerce and the ever-evolving digital landscape.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • 3+ years of experience in product management, ecommerce, or a related field • Proven success in developing and executing ecommerce strategies • Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics • Excellent communication and organizational skills• Ability to think holistically about the ecommerce business • Strong customer-centric mindset • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
