Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Workforce Development Or Program Management, Preferably In A Technology Or Software Company.
Strong Understanding Of Workforce Trends And Challenges In The Technology Industry.
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Effective Workforce Programs And Initiatives.
