Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technical Support Specialist – Enterprise Implementation to join our Esri team. In this role, you will provide technical expertise and guidance to internal and external customers, ensuring that they have a successful and efficient experience when using our enterprise software.The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and problem-solving abilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of our software, as well as the ability to explain complex concepts in easily understandable terms.If you have experience in providing technical support in an enterprise environment, have a deep understanding of our software, and have strong customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal and external customers in the use of our enterprise software.
  2. Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries in an efficient and timely manner.
  3. Develop comprehensive knowledge of our enterprise software and its functionality.
  4. Utilize problem solving and customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Proactively communicate with customers to identify potential issues and provide solutions.
  6. Manage customer requests and inquiries with the highest quality of service.
  7. Keep up to date with new features and updates to our enterprise software.
  8. Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of customer support activities.
  9. Suggest improvements to existing processes and procedures.
  10. Create detailed documentation for installation, usage, and maintenance of our software.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills

  • Experience With Esri's Suite Of Products And Technologies

  • Knowledge Of Networking And Communication Protocols

  • Ability To Collaborate With Customers And Internal Teams

  • Experience With Data Management And Analysis Tools

  • Proficiency In At Least One Scripting Language
