Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops for national government agencies on the use of GIS technology.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and work with clients to develop tailored training plans that meet their specific needs and objectives.
Serve as a subject matter expert and provide expert-level guidance and advice to clients on how to effectively utilize GIS technology in their operations.
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve training materials and methodologies to ensure the highest quality of training delivery.
Stay up-to-date with the latest GIS technology and trends and incorporate them into training programs to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with national government clients and serve as a trusted advisor for their GIS training needs.
Effectively manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget constraints.
Create and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to promote the benefits of GIS technology and training to potential clients.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development for training services.
Provide feedback and recommendations to internal teams for product and service improvements based on client feedback and industry trends.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Delivering Training Programs To National Government Agencies At All Levels, Including Federal, State, And Local.
Proven Knowledge And Understanding Of The Unique Challenges And Needs Of National Government Organizations, Including Regulations, Policies, And Budgetary Constraints.
Strong Background In Geographic Information Systems (Gis) And Geospatial Technology, With A Focus On How It Can Be Applied To Government Operations And Decision-Making Processes.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Train Diverse Audiences, Including Both Technical And Non-Technical Individuals.
Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Comprehensive Training Strategies, Including Needs Assessments, Curriculum Design, And Evaluation Methods, To Ensure The Success And Ongoing Improvement Of Training Programs.
