  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and workshops for national government agencies on the use of GIS technology.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and work with clients to develop tailored training plans that meet their specific needs and objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide expert-level guidance and advice to clients on how to effectively utilize GIS technology in their operations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve training materials and methodologies to ensure the highest quality of training delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest GIS technology and trends and incorporate them into training programs to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national government clients and serve as a trusted advisor for their GIS training needs.
  • Effectively manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget constraints.
  • Create and deliver engaging presentations and demonstrations to promote the benefits of GIS technology and training to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposal development for training services.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations to internal teams for product and service improvements based on client feedback and industry trends.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Delivering Training Programs To National Government Agencies At All Levels, Including Federal, State, And Local.

  • Proven Knowledge And Understanding Of The Unique Challenges And Needs Of National Government Organizations, Including Regulations, Policies, And Budgetary Constraints.

  • Strong Background In Geographic Information Systems (Gis) And Geospatial Technology, With A Focus On How It Can Be Applied To Government Operations And Decision-Making Processes.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Train Diverse Audiences, Including Both Technical And Non-Technical Individuals.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Comprehensive Training Strategies, Including Needs Assessments, Curriculum Design, And Evaluation Methods, To Ensure The Success And Ongoing Improvement Of Training Programs.
