Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Project Management: A Sr. Gis Project Manager For Federal Public Safety At Esri Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Managing Complex Gis Projects, Preferably In The Federal Public Safety Sector. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Techniques, And A Proven Track Record Of Delivering Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Technical Background In Gis: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Gis Technology And Its Applications In The Public Safety Sector. They Should Have A Degree In Gis Or A Related Field, And A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience Working With Gis Software, Including Esri's Arcgis Platform.

  • Knowledge Of Federal Public Safety Policies And Regulations: As The Sr. Gis Project Manager For Federal Public Safety, The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Policies And Regulations That Govern The Use Of Gis In The Federal Public Safety Sector. This Includes Knowledge Of Data Security, Privacy, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team. They Should Be Able To Communicate Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Manage Relationships With Clients And Vendors.
