Extensive Experience In Hr Data Analysis: A Sr. Business Analyst At Esri Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Data Analysis, With A Track Record Of Successfully Handling Complex And Large Datasets.
Proficiency In Hr Systems And Tools: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hr Systems Such As Hris, Ats, And Lms, Along With Advanced Skills In Data Extraction, Transformation, And Analysis Using Tools Like Sql, Excel, And Tableau.
Knowledge Of Hr Metrics And Analytics: A Sr. Business Analyst Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Hr Metrics And Analytics, Including Workforce Planning, Turnover, Retention, And Diversity, And Be Able To Develop Actionable Insights From Data To Support Hr Strategies.
Business Acumen And Communication Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Business Acumen And The Ability To Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders In A Clear And Concise Manner.
Proven Project Management Skills: The Sr. Business Analyst Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing Hr Data Projects, Including Project Planning, Execution, And Delivery, While Ensuring Data Integrity, Accuracy, And Confidentiality. Pmp Certification Is A Plus.
