  2. Work closely with a diverse team of HR professionals to understand and analyze HR processes.
  3. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's HR data and systems.
  4. Use data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in HR processes.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
  6. Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track and communicate HR metrics and KPIs.
  7. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  8. Provide training and support to HR team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR data analysis.
  10. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to HR data analysis.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on HR data and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.
  12. Communicate complex data findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve data processes and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Hr Data Analysis: A Sr. Business Analyst At Esri Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Data Analysis, With A Track Record Of Successfully Handling Complex And Large Datasets.

  • Proficiency In Hr Systems And Tools: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hr Systems Such As Hris, Ats, And Lms, Along With Advanced Skills In Data Extraction, Transformation, And Analysis Using Tools Like Sql, Excel, And Tableau.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Metrics And Analytics: A Sr. Business Analyst Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Hr Metrics And Analytics, Including Workforce Planning, Turnover, Retention, And Diversity, And Be Able To Develop Actionable Insights From Data To Support Hr Strategies.

  • Business Acumen And Communication Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Business Acumen And The Ability To Communicate Complex Data And Insights To Non-Technical Stakeholders In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Proven Project Management Skills: The Sr. Business Analyst Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing Hr Data Projects, Including Project Planning, Execution, And Delivery, While Ensuring Data Integrity, Accuracy, And Confidentiality. Pmp Certification Is A Plus.
