As a Solution Engineer, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients use our GIS technology to solve complex problems and make informed decisions. With your technical expertise and passion for problem-solving, you will work closely with our sales and development teams to deliver innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of our State and Local Government clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for State and Local Government clients in San Antonio, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Identify and understand the unique challenges and needs of each client, and develop customized solutions to address their specific GIS needs.
Collaborate with sales and development teams to provide technical expertise and support in the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations.
Stay informed about the latest GIS technology and trends, and apply that knowledge to continuously improve our solutions and services.
Act as a subject matter expert on Esri's GIS technology, providing guidance and training to clients and internal teams.
Conduct product trainings and workshops for clients to ensure they are utilizing our technology to its full potential.
Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site support and training.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and project progress.
Monitor and evaluate the success of implemented solutions and make recommendations for improvements.
Represent Esri at industry events and conferences to showcase our GIS solutions and expertise.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Geography, Gis, Computer Science, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working With State And Local Government Agencies.
Strong Understanding Of Esri's Arcgis Platform And Its Applications.
Proven Experience In Consultative Sales, Technical Presentations, And Solution Demonstrations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Understand Their Business Needs.
