- Engage with clients and understand their unique needs and challenges in order to provide tailored solutions using Esri’s geospatial technology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present proposals, demonstrations, and proofs of concept to showcase the capabilities of Esri’s technology.
- Act as a technical expert and trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in geospatial technology, and use this knowledge to inform and improve our solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and updates as needed.
- Conduct trainings, workshops, and webinars to educate clients on the features and benefits of Esri’s technology.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of Esri’s products by providing feedback and suggestions based on client interactions and experiences.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive adoption and success of Esri’s technology.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Esri, promoting our mission and values to clients and representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Solution Engineering team.
Strong Technical Background: A Solution Engineer At Esri Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Software Development, Coding, And Database Management. They Should Also Be Proficient In Using Esri's Arcgis Software And Have Experience With Other Programming Languages Such As Python And Javascript.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Solution Engineers Are Responsible For Designing And Implementing Solutions For Complex Geospatial Problems. Hence, They Should Have A Strong Aptitude For Problem-Solving And Be Able To Think Critically And Creatively To Come Up With Innovative Solutions.
Effective Communication Skills: As A Solution Engineer, One Will Be Required To Communicate With Clients, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders To Understand Their Needs And Explain Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner.
