Lead and develop GIS training programs for clients.
Create and deliver engaging and informative training materials.
Conduct training sessions in-person and virtually.
Stay up-to-date on the latest GIS technology and trends.
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve training programs.
Provide guidance and support to clients in their use of GIS software.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their specific training needs.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
Serve as a subject matter expert in GIS and provide technical support to clients.
Mentor and coach junior instructors to improve their teaching skills.
Participate in conferences and events to promote GIS education.
Conduct research and stay informed on industry developments to enhance training materials.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in training materials and messaging.
Communicate with clients to gather feedback and make improvements to training programs.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions and client interactions.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience In Gis Technology: A Senior Instructor At Esri Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Gis Technology And Its Applications. They Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience Working With Esri Software And Tools.
Strong Teaching And Communication Skills: As A Senior Instructor, The Candidate Must Possess Excellent Teaching Abilities, Including The Ability To Explain Complex Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner. They Must Also Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Students And Clients.
Experience In Curriculum Development: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Developing Training Materials And Curriculum For Gis Courses. This Includes Creating Lesson Plans, Exercises, And Assessments That Align With Industry Best Practices.
Certification In Esri Technology: To Be Considered For A Senior Instructor Role At Esri, The Candidate Should Hold Relevant Certifications In Esri Technology, Such As Esri Certified Arcgis Desktop Associate Or Esri Certified Arcgis Desktop Professional.
Proven Expertise In Gis Project Management: A Senior Instructor Should Have A Track Record Of Successfully Managing Gis Projects And Implementing Solutions For Clients. They Should Be Familiar With Project Management Methodologies And Have Experience In Leading And Mentoring A Team Of Gis Professionals.
