Job Description

Esri is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior GIS Course Developer to join our team and create engaging and impactful eLearning courses for our customers. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge and experience in GIS and instructional design, as well as a desire to deliver high-quality GIS learning experiences to our customers.The Senior GIS Course Developer will work in collaboration with the Esri Training Services team to create GIS courses to teach and train customers on Esri's GIS products. The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, an understanding of adult learning principles, and demonstrated experience in eLearning course development.To be considered for this position, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in GIS, Instructional Design, Education, or related field• 4-7 years of experience in GIS and instructional design• Demonstrated experience developing eLearning courses and materials• Knowledge of GIS-related software and technology• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Knowledge of adult learning principlesWe are looking for an innovative and inspiring Senior GIS Course Developer to join our team and help us create an engaging and impactful GIS learning experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging and impactful eLearning courses for Esri customers
Collaborate with Esri Training Services team to create GIS courses to teach and train customers on Esri's GIS products
Utilize knowledge of GIS-related software and technology to create courses
Utilize adult learning principles to create courses
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
Maintain knowledge of GIS and instructional design
Participate in development of innovative GIS learning experiences for customers
