Design, implement, and maintain secure cloud infrastructures for our geospatial software products on AWS platform.
Develop and implement DevSecOps processes and practices to ensure secure and efficient cloud operations.
Stay updated on the latest AWS security best practices and tools, and proactively make recommendations for improvements.
Lead the integration of security into all aspects of our development and deployment processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, system administrators, and security experts to ensure security requirements are met.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address any potential risks or issues.
Research and implement new technologies and tools to enhance security measures and improve overall system performance.
Work closely with the IT team to ensure compliance with company security policies and industry regulations.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in AWS and DevSecOps.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on security measures and address any concerns or issues.
Continuously monitor and analyze system performance to identify and troubleshoot any security-related issues.
Develop and maintain documentation of security procedures and guidelines for reference and training purposes.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity in case of security breaches or disasters.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure secure integration and communication with our systems.
Stay current on industry trends and advancements in AWS security, and make recommendations for their implementation to enhance our systems.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience With Aws Services: A Senior Devsecops Engineer At Esri Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Aws Services Such As Ec2, S3, Rds, Lambda, And More. They Should Have The Ability To Design, Implement, And Maintain Complex Aws Environments.
Strong Security Knowledge And Experience: As A Senior Devsecops Engineer, Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Security Best Practices And Ensuring Compliance With Industry Standards. They Should Have Experience With Security Tools And Techniques Such As Encryption, Access Control, And Vulnerability Management.
Proficiency In Devops Methodologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Devops Methodologies And Practices, With Experience In Automating Deployments, Managing Infrastructure As Code, And Implementing Continuous Integration And Continuous Delivery (Ci/Cd) Pipelines.
Experience With Containerization: With The Increasing Popularity Of Containerization Technologies Like Docker And Kubernetes, A Senior Devsecops Engineer At Esri Should Have Experience In Designing, Deploying, And Managing Container-Based Applications In An Aws Environment.
Strong Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Senior Devsecops Engineer, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Issues Quickly And Efficiently. They Should Also Have The Ability To Work Well Under Pressure And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously.
