- Develop and implement conversion and content optimization strategies to drive impactful and measurable results for Esri's digital presence.
- Utilize analytical tools and data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations for optimizing user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to execute conversion and content optimization initiatives.
- Conduct regular A/B testing and other experiments to continually improve and optimize website and digital content performance.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to conversion and content optimization, and make recommendations for incorporating them into Esri's strategies.
- Use analytics and reporting to track and measure the success of conversion and content optimization initiatives, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Esri's products, services, and target audience to inform conversion and content optimization strategies.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Digital Marketing, Conversion Optimization, And Content Strategy.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Web Analytics Tools, Such As Google Analytics And Adobe Analytics.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Conversion Rate Optimization (Cro) And A/B Testing Strategies.
Strong Understanding Of Seo Principles And Best Practices, With Experience In Optimizing Website Content For Search Engines.
