- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and meet desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and develop targeted messaging and creative assets.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audiences and inform campaign strategies.
- Monitor and track campaign performance, providing regular updates and reports to key stakeholders.
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

- Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to amplify the impact of our campaigns.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Esri's mission and values internally and externally.
- Continuously evaluate and improve campaign processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Successful Brand Campaigns For Large Organizations, Ideally In The Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Managing Multi-Channel Brand Campaigns, Including Digital, Print, Events, And Social Media.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team To Execute Campaign Strategies And Meet Objectives.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Brand Positioning, Messaging, And Storytelling Techniques To Effectively Communicate The Value And Impact Of The Brand.
Excellent Analytical And Strategic Thinking Abilities To Identify Trends, Measure Campaign Performance, And Make Data-Driven Decisions For Continuous Improvement.
