Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using Esri's GIS software.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations for improving their operations and achieving their business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and drive growth in the electric and gas market.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements to effectively position Esri's solutions.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage and track sales activities, pipeline, and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Represent Esri at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
- Mentor and train junior members of the account management team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other senior leaders to develop and implement strategies for driving growth and success in the electric and gas market.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide insights and recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Travel to client sites and other locations as needed.
Extensive Knowledge Of The Electric And Gas Industry: A Senior Account Manager At Esri Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Electric And Gas Industry, Including Its Trends, Challenges, And Opportunities. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Provide Strategic Guidance To Clients And Position Esri's Solutions Effectively.

They Should Be Able To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients, Identify New Business Opportunities, And Drive Revenue Growth.
Technical Aptitude: As A Senior Account Manager At Esri, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Aptitude And Be Comfortable Discussing Complex Solutions With Clients. They Should Have A Good Understanding Of Gis Technology And Its Applications In The Electric And Gas Industry.
