1. Facilitate the Agile Process: The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the Agile process by facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
2. Ensure Successful Delivery: The primary responsibility of the Scrum Master will be to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality software products by guiding the team through the Agile process and removing any impediments that may arise.
