Job Description

At Esri, we are looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. The ideal candidate for this role is highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to develop and manage training initiatives and strategies. A successful Sales Enablement Manager should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, an aptitude for problem-solving, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and straightforward manner.To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of five years' experience in sales enablement, preferably in the software industry. You should also have excellent project management skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements. Exceptional customer service and the ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization is a must.
