Develop and execute test plans and strategies for software products to ensure comprehensive and high-quality testing.
Identify and report software defects and issues in a timely and accurate manner.
Work closely with developers and designers to understand product requirements and provide feedback to improve software quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that software is meeting customer needs and expectations.
Develop and maintain automated tests to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
Participate in code reviews to identify potential issues and provide constructive feedback.
Continuously improve and optimize QA processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective testing.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new testing methodologies to improve overall product quality.
Communicate and coordinate with team members to prioritize and track testing efforts.
Troubleshoot and investigate customer-reported issues to determine root cause and provide solutions.
Conduct performance and load testing to ensure software can handle various scenarios and volumes of data.
Document test results and provide clear and concise reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with product managers to provide input and feedback on product features and enhancements.
Mentor and train junior QA team members to improve their testing skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications

Strong Technical Skills: A Qa Engineer At Esri Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Software Testing And Quality Assurance Principles, As Well As Experience With Testing Tools And Methodologies.
