Project Manager at EsriEsri is looking for an experienced, results-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. We are seeking an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional results, excellent organizational skills, and a knack for problem solving.The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent project management skills, an ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals, strong communication skills, and a commitment to quality. This position requires a combination of strategic and tactical thinking, as well as the ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines.In order to be successful in this role, applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in project management or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time, on budget, and in line with customer expectations. Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Lead cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
Develop project plans, define project scope, and assign resources.
Manage project budget and financials.
Monitor progress and performance, and identify and address potential risks.
Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Utilize project management software and tools to manage project progress and timelines.
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support to project team members.
