Esri is looking for an experienced and motivated Product Engineer to join our team in developing our state-of-the-art ArcGIS API for Python. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for GIS, a creative mindset, and a knack for problem-solving. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Python language, experience in developing software applications, and a thorough understanding of GIS concepts and ArcGIS software. A solid understanding of the underlying architecture of the software, as well as experience with web services, geospatial analysis, and object-oriented programming is preferred. The Product Engineer will be part of a team that is responsible for designing, coding, and testing the ArcGIS API for Python to ensure that it meets our users’ needs.
