Job Description

Esri is looking for a dedicated and experienced Privacy Attorney to join our team and provide legal counsel to the company. As our Privacy Attorney, you will be a key member of the Esri team, helping to ensure that our business activities are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.We are searching for an individual who has a passion for protecting the privacy of our customers and stakeholders, and who has the knowledge and experience to support our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a J.D. from an accredited law school and at least 7 years of experience in privacy law. You should have a thorough understanding of privacy laws, regulations, and industry standards, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Additionally, you should have a strong knowledge of US and international privacy laws and be able to provide clear and comprehensive legal advice on privacy issues.
