Privacy Attorney

Esri is looking for an experienced Privacy Attorney to join our growing legal team. Our Privacy Attorney is responsible for ensuring that Esri’s legal, compliance, and privacy policies are in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. In this role, you will be expected to provide legal advice and guidance on privacy matters, advise on privacy-related risks and liabilities, and support the development and implementation of privacy-related initiatives.To be successful in this role, you must have a Juris Doctorate degree and state bar membership with at least five years of experience in corporate privacy law. You must possess strong knowledge of applicable privacy laws, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
